Cancellation and Refunds Policy

What happens when you cancel?

There will be times when delegates book onto events and subsequently find that they are unable to attend.

In these situations we ask that delegates notify us of their need to cancel as soon as possible.

A full refund will be issued to delegates who cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

Delegates who cancel within the 2 week period will not be eligible for a refund unless we are able to find someone else to take their place.

 

What happens when we cancel?

There may also be times when we need to cancel an event.

In these situations we will provide a full refund to all delegates booked onto those events.
